Is this a full-time commitment?
No, the role of a mentor is not a full-time commitment & you can pursue this alongside your regular job.
What’s in it for the mentors?
Mentoring can be a great way to reflect on your career path so far. With the opportunity for mentees to learn from you, you also have the opportunity to learn from them. Additionally, you will also get to become a part of our network of mentors & interact with them.
Is this a paid engagement?
An honorarium will be given to you for your time in accordance with our compensation policy.
What is the number of calls I can expect in a day?
The calls will be scheduled according to your convenience. So, the number of calls per day would solely depend on the time you can spare as a mentor.
Can I choose to mentor pro bono?
Yes, you can choose to mentor pro bono.
